Mamaw said a house tells on you: a sagging gutter, a squeaky hinge, a woodpile that ran out in February. Up here, keeping a home means more than sweeping the floor. There’s the well pump and the woodstove, the shed and the chicken coop, the truck that has to start on a frosty morning. This planner keeps all of it in one place and gives everybody under the roof a fair share of the work.
